Regular physical activity, fitness, and exercise are critically important for the health and well being of people of all ages. Research has demonstrated that virtually all individuals can benefit from regular physical activity, whether they participate in vigorous exercise or some type of moderate health-enhancing physical activity. Considering this fact we are planning to form first of its kind recreational centre.
Careless diet and lifestyle leads to diseases such as diabetes, asthma etc. Lack of exercise may also increase the risk of developing certain diseases, especially later in life. Considering such situations, we planned to form a centre focussing on health guidance, sports and fitness.
